This year, Marc and Nicole Maurer have been working together for two decades. In 1991, they valued Ray and Charles Eames as guiding examples. Today, Los Angeles based rap artist and movie actor Ice Cube perfectly explains why.


In the ’90-ties, Maurer United focused on cross-over projects, developing co-creations with dj’s, fashion designers, skateboarders and graffiti artists. In those days, Marc and Nicole Maurer were portrayed by Mode 2, a famous graffiti artist living in Paris. He was interviewed recently, talking about those former times.
